Announcing College Settlement’s New Executive Director

Terry Dougherty steps into our staff’s lead role on October 21

We are delighted to announce that Terry Dougherty will join College Settlement as our new Executive Director on Monday, October 21. Terry has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in academic recreation programs, with her overall career dedicated to supporting youth.

During Terry’s seven years as Executive Director of Philadelphia City Rowing (PCR), she grew the PCR program from 300 to 1200 students, formed relationships with a range of schools in Philadelphia, and expanded beyond high school students to a middle school program.

Saturday, November 9… once again at Spring Mill Manor

Our 7th annual gala calls on you to “be here” for the kids.
Every year, you show your support of our campers by turning out for this gala event featuring cocktail hour, silent auction, dinner, award presentations, dancing… and usually a few surprises, too. Please plan to join us again this November 9th!

Fall season begins September 4th and we still have spring slots and scholarships available.

Fall is in full swing!

Summer 2019 was another great season. Now the pool, bikes and Spruce Run Outpost in the Pocono mountains will packed away and closed down until summer 2020! Teachers and parents – find out how you can send kids to summer camp – scholarships available! Check it out here.
